Dizzy from ???

Hey lady’s so it’s been a month since I’ve been on the copper IUD and I have been bleeding on and off. I’ve been busy all day could I be getting dizzy because I’m losing too much blood or what? Please help no judgement

You would have to be losing A LOT of blood for it to be making you dizzy. Spotting for the first while after iud insertion is definitely common. Could be something else perhaps has anything else changed for you? Diet/exercise/stress etc? Dizziness is a low blood pressure thing. Maybe chat to your Dr :)
