Dogs and pregnancy

I don’t have any dogs myself but there are several at work. Ever since I became pregnant I noticed these dogs hang around me more. Once of the guys I work with has one of them and he said that he noticed his pup gravitate to me a lot recently. Maybe I’m just hyper aware of it now and they always have because I pet them and give them treats lol! But I don’t know, I like to think dogs can tell these kind of things! Anybody else notice animals or their pets treating them different?
