Sick?

FTM and EBF 4 month old baby, nasal congestion, super light coughing (no chest congestion in it) and sneezing.. no fever at all but poops have been greenish and seedy while they're usually a yellowish brown mucousy and seedy mix... he's acting fine but since it's out of the normal I'm concerned about what to do.. I really don't want to take him to his ped to expose him to more sickness unless absolutely necessary... should I? I don't wanna get in there for them to be like oh it'll pass just give him Tylenol... help!
