Hi everyone, currently getting all my ducks in a row before I file for divorce. If we own a house together how does that work? Does one person get the house and stuck with the bills? Does the other still have to pay if they don’t live there? Do we have to sell it? I’d love any information. My husband is a severe alcoholic and I want to get my children out before it affects them any more. (18 months and pregnant). Thank you.. 🙏🏻
