How to stay motivated to “workout”?


Hey ladies -

At 34 weeks I’m starting to really slow down. I find I’m walking slower, it’s harder to breathe, and my motivation levels to move are plummeting.

How do you stay motivated to move? I was just working out 5-6 days a week 3 weeks ago & full of energy. I feel like that energy has been sapped! And my level of workouts have gone from pretty descent real workouts, to slow walking on a treadmill or walking in circles on the track in the air conditioned gym. Thoughts? Ideas?
