Advice about friends bachelorette party

So we recently found out we’re pregnant again after a miscarriage about 2.5 months ago.

My best friend is having her bachelorette party is three week (I’ll be a little over 7 weeks only), but I’m worried about going. With my past miscarriage, I am very nervous about flying in the first trimester and would prefer not to. However the destination would be a 15 hour drive for me. My DH (bless him) is willing to drive most of the way with me to take breaks, stay overnight on the way etc. but I am still worried about that far of travel. The other kicker is I have my sisters wedding two weeks after (which will be another 9 hour drive). I am so torn, I would like to be there for my friend but there is nothing more important to me than this baby. Please give me some advice!
