Best birth control for acne/heavy periods
I have an appointment in a few weeks to get on birth control
I always get really bad acne flare ups around the time my period starts, and when it does start it’s super heavy and I get terrible cramps.
I’m looking for something long-term because I’m terrible at remembering to take pills everyday. I tried Nuvaring and didn’t like it.
