Slides are for
At the playground today, my daughter was playing at the bottom of the slide. A kid comes over to play with her and his mother screamed “SLIDES ARE FOR GOING DOWN ONLY!”
I continued to allow my daughter to play as she was, until another child wanted a turn. I believe a child should be allowed to be creative while playing as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone.
So, what do you think? Is a slide ONLY for sliding down, or is a slide for playing any way you want?
