Face Rash
What do you put on your babies face rashes and dry skin around their eyes? My little man is 3 weeks and I know they're normal but his eye lids are flaking and he redish bumps (look like hives, but only turn red after crying). Tried breast milk the last 3 days now trying Aveno daily moisture with BM on his eyes.
