Periods & working out = bad combo!!
Working out while on your period is the worst! Your energy is never the same & the bloat is the REALEST, but I try to do it to remain consistent & it helps me forget all about it & cramps! But it’s like why even when I’ll still feel bloated?! And oh gosh, the gushes! 😫 You girlies know what I’m talking about.
