Normal??

Question

I’m 25 weeks pp, is it normal to feel strange feelings around my scar... like inside I feel like all crampy and wierd and sometimes get electric shocks or stings around my scar it just feels like it’s all gonna burst open! All my insides still feel like they aren’t done healing is this possible??

I had a lot of the same feeling around when I ovulated and before I started my period before I got pregnant again. Some of it is just normal nerves regaining feeling, and some of it is internal scar tissue pulling on organs, etc. it’s all normal. As far as having another baby, if you wait the recommended amount of time between deliveries, your risks will be greatly decreased and you should be able to have a perfectly fine delivery as a repeat c-section or a VBAC. People do it every single day.

The chances are it’s just some of the feeling coming back from where your nerves were cut during the surgery.
