Politely correcting improper use of car seat?

So... a friend of mine posted a video of her youngest son in his car seat, they’re driving in the video but his car seat is completely unsafe. She isnt a close friend more like an acquaintance, we used to be close but not in a while. He’s also just a year old and already forward facing, to each their own but I would really like to politely point out that he could be seriously injured in the event of a wreck... (she has been in many wrecks, and is known to get speeding tickets frequently, for what it’s worth.)
