Get pregnant or your period after a d&c; due to miscarriage? I’m only 3 weeks post op, but we have not been using protection. I know it can take up to 6 weeks for your period to come, but how do you know you’re late if it doesn’t come??

My period arrived 7 weeks post D&C; (3/7 D&C;, 4/26 first AF). It was normal. The cycle after that was longer than usual. Still waiting/hoping for my rainbow baby.

Not quite the same but I had surgery for an ectopic pregnancy and my period came pretty much when I expected it to. I think it was about 4 weeks after surgery and I found out I was pregnant again at the time of my next expected period.

Mine came exactly on time- 4 weeks to the t. We waited three cycles as advised and then one extra month because I was still distraught from losing the baby. I got pregnant right away again once we opened up for business the 4th month. ☺️
