Low blood pressure?

Earlier it was 98/60 and now it’s 88/56, I’ve been so dizzy and drowsy all day and just felt kind of out of it and i keep blacking out (my vision goes black and i get dizzy but I’m not unconscious) my obgyn knows and I’ve seen my cardiologist but no one seems to be doing anything. I’m 10 weeks pregnant also

I have always had low blood pressure. My doctor investigated for any underlying issues, but I was fine. It was just low blood pressure. My doctor's only suggestion was to add a bit of salt to my diet. It helped raise my blood pressure enough to stop the fainting and dizziness. I felt the benefits within a few days. Sometimes I get symptoms when doing certain activities/exercises and on hot days, and I just have to stop/slow down and care of myself so I don't faint.

Maybe blood sugar? I’ve never been pregnant but I have issues with my blood sugar getting too low. Exactly like yours and same symptoms. I try to keep snack around all day and I start my morning with juice. Oranges help a lot as well.
