To make a long story short my HCG levels were as follows: I'm currently 5w 1d

20 dpo-77
The Drs office said its not looking good but I've had no cramping or blood or anything. They want me to come in for an ultrasound on Tuesday I guess to determine wtf is going on. Any ideas comments has this happened to anyone with a good turnout?
