Doctors want me to drink a gallon a day
Doctors now want me to drink a gallon of water a day... i was just STARTING to get used to 8 cups a day now i have to double it ?! I don’t know how I’ll do it 🤦🏾♀️all because my heart rate is 120 when i guess it suppose to be 100 so they think it could be caused by dehydration. Idk how I’ll drink 16 cups of water i already feel nauseous drinking anymore then 10
