early labor?

I think I'm in early labor but don't want to be the mom that goes to the doc for every little thing. any advice would help.

baby has dropped

contraction like cramps

Braxton Hicks

peeing more frequently

sore

every time I move it hurts

lack of appatite ( unusual I eat all the time lol)

pressure in vagina while standing and peeing.

constipated

any advice is welcomed.

turned out to be kidney stones. 38 weeks 2 days today. hoping to have him soon
