Sugar in my urine at my doc appt

I just had my 33 week check up and the doctor came in and asked if I had anything sweet before my appt. I told her I had a cup of coffee. She asked if I had creamer in it. I said yes. She said ok and proceeded to tell me I had sugar in my urine and that it could’ve been from the creamer in the coffee. I checked on my online app to see my results and it said there was 100mg. She said she isn’t too concerned because it was just a little bit and any other tests I have had, everything comes back just fine. She said if it shows up on my nxt appt then she will want to do blood work. She said I don’t need to be concerned but my thinking is that I have had coffee and sweets prior to my appt before and it always came back fine. Why would it just be show my up now? Any similar stories? What was the outcome?
