Paying for playdates... for a 1 yr old. I don't find it worth the money honestly.

My playdate friends are always wanting to do activities that cost money now that it's summer. They don't wanna be outside because of the heat. Good old Georgia is hot right now. Our kids are only 1 year old so I especially feel like it's a waste to be paying almost $10 for a little 1 hour of fun. I mean, 1 year olds are happy just going anywhere to wander around for free. That money adds up. Am I the only one who feels this way?
