Freaking out!!

Has anyone had an ultrasound at 4ish weeks and the report showed “no evidence of gestational sac” ... blood and tests have all confirmed pregnancy..

(This wasn’t a pregnancy ultrasound, it was a follow up for a cyst this is just a finding)
