Braxton Hicks?

Do Braxton Hicks get more painful the further along you get? I have had weird tightenings for weeks, never hurt me just tight.

So I’m 34 weeks today, being induced next week or the week after but when I was in hospital yesterday for a check up, I tripped up the stairs! I didn’t hit my bump but fell with force. I was checked over and baby is fine but since then, I have had a few pains that I have had to breathe through. Usually the BH are all at the top of my bump but these pains are very low down, shooting pains and all over my lower back. They don’t seem to be in any kind of pattern but omg they hurt so so much. Last about 30-45 seconds each. Any thoughts?
