SPD help!! Has anyone made their significantly worse by running?

Really need help, not sure if I should go to the out of hours doc or just wait and see If this gets better.

I’m pretty sure I have been developing pelvic girdle pain / SPD, I have all the symptoms. Today I ran for about a minute with a student in my class (5 year old) and afterwards could barely walk as my left hip and inner thigh is so painful. I drove an hour home and had to call my husband to help me out of the car, I was crying with the pain. It has gotten a little better since but I can’t put any weight on that leg and moving the hip in most ways causes agony that makes me shout out in pain.

Does this sound like SPD and so I can just wait and make an appointment with doc for next week, or does it sound like something I need to get seen for sooner?

I would really appreciate advise on this, I can’t figure out what to do.
