faking vaccine record

So my sister in law has always been against vaccines..when her baby was little I told her "what about when he goes to school" turns out she used me asking me for my daughter's vaccines years back to use them for her kid which at the time I didnt know or even question her for asking, fast forward 3 years later (she wants to put her son in daycare) she asked me again today and not in a very nice way since shes always so fucking demanding to everyone I feel like she doesn't know shes being rude...lol anyway I told her I didnt have them because they always give me an updated copy whenever I take my daughter for her shots...which is true I don't have them..but my ultimate question is could I get in trouble for lending them to her in the first place?? cause I never really thought about it just wanted to know and make sure! thanks to anyone who takes the time to read and answer😊
