Spit up and poop

Is it normal for my baby to poop a lot. He is almost 3 months old. It’s basically 6 or 7 big blow out type like diarrhea poop. He’s ebf and it’s green and runny very rarely yellow and thick. And how do you know how much spit up is too much? He spits up quite a bit and sometimes it does seem like it bothers him. Is it time to make a doctors appointment? I don’t want to seem like a crazy first time mom but I just don’t know if this is normal. Any advice? Thanks.
