Egg Retrival

Hello. I had my first IVf cycle this past month, with my egg retrival on friday. i had 21 eggs where they did ICSI on 19 of them. I got the call from the doctor today and one 1 fertilized, and she said that one isnt looking good. If it makes it till tomorrow they they will freeze it. she didnt sound to confident that it would make it. Has this happened to anyone? what are our next steps. she said in the next couple off weeks they will look to see what happened. Feeling devistated :(
