Okay so first things first, I am a virgin. I have never had a real penis inside of my vagina. 
but
I bought a dildo at spencers the other day, and when I decided to use it, it kinda hurt when I did. And when I was done, I went to go pee, and there was some blood. It wasn't a whole lot, but it hurt when I peed as well. 
Like when I peed, it stung right on the outside of my vagina. 
is this normal?? I'm scared that I might have done something bad

You just tore a little. Women tear even after losing their virginity. Your excessive bleeding if probably cause you're s virgin. For me I rarely bleed at all after sex but a do year occasionally and it burns to pee. I havent been a virgin for almost 2 years, but i tend to have really rough sex and on top of that sometimes I dont get wet enough. Sounds like you might have torn your hymen (if you were born with one, I wasn't and some other women don't have one either) or you inserted it too fast and weren't aroused enough. Next time, take it slower, there's no race or any "right way" to use a dildo.
