Vitamins?

What vitamins do you give your LOs? Thinking about starting my guy on some. Feels like he has been getting sick so often.

We recently started giving multi vitamin to our little one .. as i was noticing he was feeling sick often

Garden of Life probiotics every morning, and if he’s been around someone sick (and all winter) we give him Gaia Kids elderberry syrup. He’s never sick!

We haven been giving our son one from 6 months. We get ours via prescription from our dr.

flintstones gummy for toddlers. I just bite them in half for him, but have no problems and he loves them and asks for them.

Also when I think she’s getting sick or during the winter when everyone around us is sick I give her this elderberry daily with her vitamin.

Once a day he gets 1/2 serving of carnation breakfast essentials in his milk. I only do a half serving because it has a lot of sugar

My hubby takes a multivitamin everyday. I’ve noticed he has clearer skin and doesn’t get sick like ever.
