Delivering our daughter alone

My husband is in the army, currently scheduled to go to Louisiana for deployment training as he’s recently got scheduled for a deployment. First time for us going through this, I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant and due when he’s going to be gone for training.

I’m really distraught because this is our first daughter together, he’s looked forward to being there this whole time then BAM the army had to come and fuck up the plans. Is there any way that I can assure or even try to make sure my husband will be there for the delivery?
