HELP - am I or am I not

Took a test at 8 DPO and got a BFN today I’m 11 DPO and I feel so sick I’ve been to the bathroom a few times today and being close to throwing up. I’ve been eating healthy and haven’t had alcohol for forever...could it be? Anyone else get symptoms around this time? Thank you girls! ❤️
