Not sure whats going on

I am 6 dpo, im pretty sure we are not pregnant this month as we only had sex 2x in my fertile window and the last time was 3 days before ovulation but i heard sperm can live in a body for 5 days.

Anyway, ive had light cramping, very tender and painful breasts and a ton of thick creamy cm (like at least a tablespoon or two) since yesterday. Ive never had that before.

Anyone know if this is a sign of impending af or could I possibly be on track for preg ( i know its way too early and probably not even implanted yet)
