Am I doing this right?

I was caught at my boyfriend’s house last week by my parents. We weren’t doing anything bad there, but my parents didn’t believe that and took my phone away for a week.

My problem is, I never really missed him that much and feel distant from him now. Then he caught on real quick. The screenshots can explain the rest...

My question is, am I even doing this right? I know this is what I need right now but I need opinions or advice. Thank you so much
