ovulated June 8/9.

Started spotting June 14.

As of today I'm still spotting. its bright red, heavier at times but then revert to spot. it's never enough to fill a pad.

my period isn't due til June 22/23.

my cycles were previously about 37 days. This bleed puts it at around 28 days. ive lost weight and been exercising for two months.

could it also be breakthrough bleed? co could i be pregnant?
