Sleeping at night? Help! Night shift mamas

Y’all I am so desperate. I work night shift three nights a week or it wouldn’t really be an issue, but my son just turned 1 and he has an awful time sleeping through the night without me. I’m still nursing him basically on demand, and he sleeps in the bed with my husband so I could sleep and nurse when I’m home. He will thrash around if we try the cry it out and I’m actually concerned he will hurt himself. I’m begging, what did other moms do when their baby is used to nursing to sleep? When I’m not there he needs the bottle to go to sleep but now he just flat refuses to sleep while I’m gone. Is this a phase? Help me! I’m losing my sanity. He just went to sleep at 0530 AM and I’m at work. 😫 literally any advice is appreciated
