Freaking out!

So yesterday me and my bf had sex and we were going to use a condom but it wasn't really like working so we kinda just decided to not use one and he said he didn't cum at all but I thought I had felt him cum inside me. I'm not on birth control and I can't afford to get plan B or go some place to get it and maybe he didn't cum inside me but I was fertile yesterday so I'm freaking out and don't know what to do.
