Period boobs or pregnancy boobs?!

What is the difference between your early pregnancy sore boobs and AF sore boobs? My AF is usually known to be arriving because my whole boob just hurts so much, but like a heavy whole boob pain. Today I’ve had sore nipples which is new!! Not sure if I’m pregnant or not, AF is yet to arrive...

It’s different for every woman, and can vary between her pregnancies too only way to know is to test if you’re late

AF never caused me to have changes in my breast but when I got pregnant, both times, my nipples were sore and sensitive. Not the whole breast.

When I was first pregnant they hurt so badly ALL the time. Even if I took a shower, the water hitting them hurt like a mf. I literally covered my chest to shower because I’d end up in tears if I didn’t.
