I graduated college today!

Today I officially graduated college!

I am officially a certified veterinary assistant!

This past year was really hard being a first time mom, exclusively breastfeeding my beautiful son, and getting pregnant a little over half way through!

But I made it!

To those who thought I wouldn’t be able to graduate high school much less college, you were wrong.

To those who thought I would never go back to college after I got married, you were wrong.

To those who thought I would never go back to school after having a child, you were wrong

I may have adhd, and short term memory loss but I made it!

And I will continue to prove you wrong by continuing my education to become a veterinarian!

To those who have gotten married

To those who decided to have children before finishing their education

To those who are told they should give up on their dreams because they have a learning disability

You can do it

Never give up on your dreams no matter what

It may take awhile to get to the finish line, but you’ll get there! 👍❤️

I want to thank my husband who has helped me never give up no matter how hard it got.

And of course I want to thank my son who gave me the courage and strength to go back to college to follow my dreams.

After my second son arrives I will start applying for veterinary assistant positions!

I can’t believe it’s finally over, and I’m a college graduate!! 👩‍🎓 🎓👍👏🙌🤟
