Increasing Supply?

Question

The last few days I feel like my supply has dropped! My baby is 8 weeks old and EBF. When she is nursing she will now stop after less than 10 minutes and pull really hard and get upset. My breasts also never feel full anymore. 
Any tips on increasing supply? Am I over thinking this? 
I'd rather have to much and have to pump than worry about not having enough.

they dont feel full anymore because your supply has likely regulated. most women have an oversupply for the first couple months until it regulates

Sounds to me like your baby is having a growth spurt. Oatmeal and TONS of water always helped me! I also would pump for 10/15 min after each of my boys nursing sessions. Hang in there!!

Every time I drink a Gatorade I pump 4-5 oz more a couple hours later.

I remember having a similar concern. Around that time your milk supply is regulated and your breasts will feel engorged and hard less often. The skin on your breasts has also stretched to accommodate your milk production by this time too.
