Currently 32 weeks & 2 days already dilated 2cm

Sunday 06/17/18 I hit 32 weeks, Monday I had a baby appointment. I’ve had pressure since 28/29 weeks but Saturday it hit me hard ! I found out at my baby appointment Monday that my cervixs is thin & I’m 2cm dilated already. They gave me steroid shots one Monday and one today to help develop his lungs Incase he continues to try to come early he is already head down! My midwife wants to keep in in for at least 3.5 more weeks I’m currently on simi bed rest, currently still feeling pressure if he’s still trying to come early we will be giving birth. Has anyone else gone through this? Also My midwife said No cooking no cleaning no sex drink plenty of water I needs some vitamin c gummies to help absorb the iron because I found out last month I gave low iron . I’ll be seen weekly now too !
