BMI at 8 months pregnant = obese
I found out my Dr. has me classified as high risk because my BMI is 30 and that equals obese. let me mention that my BMI went up because I am 8 months pregnant.
is this rational? my thighs and arms are bigger but my tummy is all baby. since when does pregnant = obese?
my BMI was borderline normal/overweight when I got pregnant.
these weight guidelines seem so unfair. 😭😭😭😔😔😔
