I need all my PCOS moms!

Ladies! I was diagnosed with PCOS about a year ago after ttc for 3 years. Long story short I have extremely irregular periods, between 2-4 periods a year. Well, we are almost to the 6th month of no period and I can’t help but feel pregnant. I’ve thought I was pregnant before, but something just feels different this time. Like it feels real. I bought some tests tonight finally because I’ve felt horrible for almost 2 weeks now. Swollen Sore breasts, diarrhea, stomach aches, internal belly button pain, lower back pain, all food I smell makes me wanna be sick and I love food, and an eternal headache that won’t go away. The test I took tonight was negative, but I still don’t 100% believe it. I plan to take another in the morning. I also read some posts about women with PCOS usually take longer for a hpt to show a positive. I read one woman had 9 children with PCOS and the earliest she got a positive hpt was at 17 weeks! Can any mom with PCOS help me. Not knowing is eating me alive!
