I just got hypnotized and my results are scary..

I was following along with this video, and these people were getting hypnotized and discovering how a problem they deal with now has something to do with their past life, and my results honestly have me in tears..

So the woman who was hypnotizing them told them to pick something about themselves that bothers them. I chose my anxiety and depression.

It starts off as the woman getting you under hypnosis, then she asks you to look down at your hands..

“Are you a man or a woman?”

—Woman.

“Are you a hard working woman, or are you kept up?”

—Very kept up and clean.

“Now tell me, what is your name?”

— Jen. (This voice was so loud and clear)

“Look up, what do you see?”

—I see clean, cut, green grass.

“Now go home. What does your home look like?”

—It’s big and nice. Almost in a suburb area.

“What place do you think you’re located at?”

—Manhattan or New York.

“Is there anyone there?”

—No, it’s just me. My husband isn’t home and the neighbors aren’t outside.

“Go inside your home.”

—I can’t.

(At this point I’m starting to feel very aggressive and I feel anxious. The people in the video take different turns so questions are not matching up with my story so I jump back in when I can)

“Now fast forward to where you think your issues with [anxiety] started to end”

— I killed my self, with a hand gun.

(I get migraines extremely bad and they last for days. Maybe this explains my migraines?)

I then woke up from the hypnosis and I’ve come to the conclusion...

My name was Jen. I had no children, but was married. My husband was very abusive and not supportive of me. And he drove me into taking my own life, so that’s why my anxiety and depression is so bad in my current life because my past life ended that way.

If you aren’t very spiritual and don’t agree with anything that is in this post, please keep negative comments to yourself. I just thought I would share my story and how truly touched I am right now. I am not even making this up either.. it was a little voice almost telling me this story.. if anyone gets the chance to do this, I suggest doing it. It may help lay some issues to rest.
