Feeling the downside to motherhood right now... why do I get stuck w the 7 month old who still wakes in the night 😩 any tips?

Try to tire the baby out as much as possible and end the night with some soothing techniques. Like I say a hour before bed do a nice bath routine, warm milk, turn off/or dim the lights, and put on some rain sounds or any sounds you think the baby can sleep to and just leave the room...go take your shower, eat something, clean up a bit and by the time your done hopefully baby is sleep. Having a full belly can help reduce the wake up times.
