Would you pump?

My daughter has started sleeping “through the night” and she’s 6 months. 
She goes to bed between 6-7pm and wakes up to nurse once around 1-2am. 
I’ve been pumping around 9pm because of the long time between when she goes to sleep and the next time she nurses and I don’t want my supply to drop. 
So would you pump at 9pm or no? Does it hurt my supply if I have two 6+ hours between nursing while she sleeps?

No it won’t hurt. Your supply will adjust to her demand. Trust your body it’s got this !

I'd pump but that's just because it'd be milk saved for dates or husband feeds and also I'm very prone to clogged ducts.

My lo has a similar schedule and she’s 8 months. I do the 8:30/9 pump but that’s mainly bc her dad gives her a bottle before bed (it’s their bonding time) and I pump the bottle then. If you don’t need to pump for a bottle or anything it’s probably fine at this point to just do the baby’s schedule. Your supply is established at this point and will adjust to your baby.

You supply will adjust to how much she nurses.  I only pumped when I was going out (1/2 times a month) so I wouldn’t worry about having to pump.

I personally always pump just before I go to bed. I also still wake at night to pump even if my LO is sleeping thru the night. Here’s why:
1) if you are wanting a stash that’s a feeding you can store away. 
2) you produce the most milk between 1-3am (give or take a couple hours). So yet another way to build a massive stash. 
3) dude.... helps keep period away. 
It only takes me 20 mins from start of waking till done pumping and milk put away. So if 20 mins give me all those benefits then I’ll keep doing it.

I would pump. my daughter nursed thru the night for a good while. but your body will adjust during the night if you were to skip it. it'll still have supply during the day because you're nursing at pretty regular intervals.
