Spotting last month, no period this month negative tests

How long should I leave it to do another test? Last month I was spotting for 2-3 days and this month Iv had no period I’m a week late & no signs of it starting, Iv took a few tests and they’ve all came back negative but Iv been having a few signs of pregnancy like heart burn and nausea Iv also been tired a lot Its Unusual for me I’m usually awake at 6am without a problem but now I’m sleeping in & still wanting to sleep through the day 😂
