Butter or margarine??

My LO is 7months and I have just started giving her wholemeal toast and making her little sandwhiches but what should I be using butter or margarine?? 
I’ve been using margarine because that’s what I have. It’s flora light. But is one better than the other for my LO?

Real Butter like grass fed kerigold. It is kind of expensive, but so yummy and has good fats for your LO.

I would definitely give butter instead of margarine. But I also would never eat the stuff myself as I prefer real food without chemicals, additives, coloring etc.
