Baby acne????

Question

I’m a paranoid mamma. Does this look like acne or something else? She has several isolated dots (meaning none are grouped together) on her body, these are just a couple of them. Thanks!

It looks like a bite to me because of how red it is around. Typically baby acne doesn’t look as inflamed. Have you had the baby outside where they could get bug bites or something? Maybe spider bites?

Do you have a dog or cat? I would guess those are flea bites..

maybe mosquito bites?? my son has baby acne and it's only on his face and in clusters so I personally don't think it's acne, but every ones different!
