Help!!!! 4 1/2 month old standing up

So my almost but not quite 5 month old is now pulling herself up into a standing position in her crib. Omg!!!!! But the problem is she doesn’t know how to get back down very gracefully. I have bumpers on the crib ( I know some people will be against this but I also have an owlet on her at all times during the night.) the problem is that the bumpers only go up so far and she hits her head on the railing of the crib. Because she’s still so young I’m afraid of her really hurting herself on the bars. Anyone have my suggestions? I could use the help!!!!
