Extremely Painful Cramps On Day 4

I have had my period for about a year and a half and just a few months ago i started to have really bad cramps on day 4. I start to feel really hot and feel like I’m going to vomit. It has gotten to the point where I have to take Advil and sit with a heating pad and a fan on. The pain gets so bad that I’m in tears. Both my mom and aunt say they had the worst cramps growing up but they grew out of it. I don’t know if I can wait any more. Has anyone else had this happen? Could you more experienced ladies give a girl some help?
