I used to get milky discharge all the time, just after my period and just before my period with the ewcm in between.  Some cycles it wouldn’t be there, some it would.  When I got pregnant it I had ewcm for the first two days after sex then it went white and creamier than usual but nothing massively different.  I think it’s difficult to tell if you’re pregnant based on discharge, well it was for me cos I seem to be a discharge-y person 😅
