Period question

So I have a Paraguard for about three weeks and I’ve been on the pill for around 4 months. Take it religiously at the same time every day. I have my typical PMS symptoms and expect my period in around 4 days. I have also been feeling a little dizzy. I am currently on Metrogel 2x a week for reoccurring BV. So it could be a side effect of that. Should I be worried that I’m pregnant?
